First thing this morning was to send my detailed email to Waterstones with everything crossed that it is responded to this time. I’m not holding my breath!
Then it was sending out the next batch of private view invitations which I am already receiving replies to which is positive.
Karen came over at lunchtime as t is some time since she has been over. It is nice for Colin and for once it was just Karen so it was really nice to have a good chat. I suspended the diet whilst we visited Piazza Firenze for lunch. I really enjoyed (after all the diet food) calamari to start and a main course of spaghetti with mussels, chilli, garlic and tomato - not so unhealthy. I was so full fo rthe rest of there day that I didn’t need dinner.
I left Colin and Karen considering ordering a Chinese take away from our favourite place as I went to photo club. I had to go as it is an important night in the calendar - the Open PDI judging. I had made an effort this year to enter quite a few categories. I was not surprised to not even get a mention!! Never mind.
