Birches Again

Those who follow me have probably heard me state that I am drawn to birches. They stand out so starkly against the shadows of the forest and glow brightly in the darkest night.

we used to have a framed ansel adams photo of birch trees. when we moved offices, that went up for auction but i forgot to put in a bid. i have a photo of it somewhere in my archive. seeing this reminded me of that photo. i thought ansel adams as soon as i saw this. aces!
