It has happened to me in the past and I am not sure why but it you go to account setting under your profile icon you should be able to check on it and set whatever you want to be notified about
Thanks Katy, have tried that but unfortunately it does not work! All the settings in my profile are correct, I just seemed to stop getting notifications?
@nigelrogers Thanks for letting me know. Microsoft are SO BAD at allowing emails to be delivered, every few months they block us from sending emails to microsoft/live/hotmail addresses, it's very disruptive and frustrating. I have sent them a request to unblock emails from out domains. Hopefully they start arriving again soon!
