Wave-Riding Loon

I spotted this red-throated loon in its non-breeding colors just off shore at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The best picture I got of it was this one where it rode up to the top of a small wave.

I've seen common loons before but this red-throated is a life bird for me!
