This is the first picture I have seen of the flowing ice. They talked about it in the news but the reporter wasn't standing in front of it like they usually are. Too cold, I guess. Smile.
@brillomick Mickey, thank you for your comment. the reporters said the ice came down from Lake Erie into the Niagara River. glad too that the wind have calmed.
@henrir Thank your for your comment, Henri. reporter or especially the photographers had to run not to get caught by the onslaught of the huge ice chunks.

@townsend@Dawn@dmdfday@janeandcharlie Suzie, Dawn, Diane and Jane. thank you so much for your comments, they're so much appreciated. it also said that the ice chunks were 40 ft high in some places. they traveled down from Lake Erie into the Niagara River.
